• If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or carrying more than feels sustainable, therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis or have everything “figured out”. If something in you is seeking support, that’s enough.

  • I am in‑network with Aetna. For other plans, I’m considered an out‑of‑network (OON) provider and can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Many insurance plans include out‑of‑network benefits, and it’s common for specialty providers like me to be out of network. To make using those benefits easier, I partner with Mentaya, a service that  handles submitting claims to insurance on your behalf, potentially simplifying reimbursement. I’m happy to help you explore your options so you can access the support you’re looking for — it’s often more straightforward than people expect!

  • My fee is $225 for a 50 minute session, with payment due at the time of the session. I accept all major credit cards, as well as FSA/HSA payments.

  • Most clients meet weekly, especially at the beginning. Over time, we can adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged $70.00. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $140.00. This helps honor the time and commitment of your session, and it helps to ensure that other clients who need support have the opportunity to book those time slots.

  • Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of what your therapy sessions may cost. This gives you a clear idea of the expected fees so you can feel confident and prepared before starting. While the actual cost may vary depending on the length or frequency of sessions, I’m happy to provide a detailed estimate upfront to avoid any surprises. If you’d like to learn more about your rights, you can visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059

  • Not at all. Therapy is a process, and you can move at your own pace. You only share what feels safe and manageable, and we will build trust together over time.

  • I offer a free 15-minute consultation to hear about what’s bringing you to therapy, share a little about my approach, answer any questions you might have, and explore how I can best be of help. If it feels like a good fit, we will find a time to begin your first full session together.
